A Guide to Life Coaching
Q: Who works with a coach?
A: Anyone who wants to have a successful, productive life.
Venus Williams, Melanie Oudin, and Annika Sorenstam use coaches on a daily basis to improve their games. Some of them have life coaches as well. Actually people in all walks of life, regardless of their profession, work with life coaches. They include professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and people in transition.
How different would your life be if it changed 10%? 20%? Working with a coach provides you an opportunity to make a shift in your life and make choices that put you on a path to a powerful, happy life.
Think of a life coach as your personal trainer. You know, the person that you pay to make sure you do your exercises, eat right, get healthy and stay healthy. A life coach does all that in every aspect of your life.
